Rob Maitland

Personal Introduction

Rob Maitland is the former President of the Orange County Bar Association and the Founding Partner of Maitland & Stiffler Law Firm, PLLC which was acquired by King Law Offices in December 2025. Rob is proud to be a Tar Heel, having received his law degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, after conducting his undergraduate studies at the University of California, Los Angeles, as a UCLA Alumni Scholar. Rob is that rare attorney who not only has legal knowledge, but also previous experience in business, banking and entrepreneurial roles. Although known as a tough negotiator and litigator for his clients, Rob's special quality is his ability to see the big picture and then draw from his background to be a Deal Maker rather than a Deal Breaker. Rob was recently honored by admission into the United States Supreme Court Bar. Rob and his wife, Alden, have five children.
