We participate in all stages of real estate construction and development, from master planning and building residential communities to the development of office and industrial parks, condominiums, multi-family housing projects, shopping centers, and urban renewal projects. We have represented numerous commercial lenders and borrowers in commercial real estate finance transactions and provide clients with guidance on deal structuring and investment strategies, including joint ventures, limited liability companies, and trusts.
