Personal Introduction

Mr. Gruber brings extensive trust litigation experience to the firm. Before founding Robert Gruber Law, obtained removal of the trustees of a $400 million dollar trust. He has also secured multiple multi-million dollar settlements on behalf of his clients in both federal and state court. Prior to founding the firm, Mr. Gruber practiced at Greenberg Traurig, LLP and Glancy Prongay & Murray, LLP. He has represented plaintiffs and defendants across a wide range of industries in complex class actions, in arbitrations, and in trust & estate, intellectual property, breach of contract, securities, entertainment, and partnership disputes. Before attending UCLA Law, Mr. Gruber obtained his B.A. in English from Yale University, where he was a pitcher on the varsity baseball team and was honored as an Academic All-American.
