Personal Introduction

Rob has practiced law since 1990. He worked as an associate with Harlow, Evans & London in RTP, NC in Intellectual Property, Immigration, Residential Real Estate and Commercial Litigation for several years. After starting a solo practice he continued practicing in the same areas until he joined SAS Institute, Inc. in 1994, when he focused his practice on Software Licensing. He continued negotiating software license agreements at Candle Corporation until he opened Love Law in 2001 and returned to solo practice. Rob received his undergraduate degree from Duke University, and received his law degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In addition Rob has taken a variety of courses locally at North Carolina State University, North Carolina Central University, and in England at Oxford College.
