Personal Introduction
Hi! My background is probably very similar to most attorneys (law school, clerkship, working for large and small firms, etc.). I have had experience in several areas of the law and recently decided it was time to hang my own shingle. Pasquale Law, a general practice firm based in Iowa, has been up and running since June! I'm also licensed in Nevada and Arizona (inactive), with licensure in Missouri pending.

I'm a general practitioner with experience in several areas including: criminal/traffic/DUI, civil litigation, contract disputes, transactional (estate planning, contract drafting, business organizations, etc.), and some family law. I enjoy contract and criminal matters the most, but have had the most experience litigating personal injury matters, both defense and plaintiff.

Coffee, animals (we've got four dogs and two horses), and books (oh, and my husband) are things that fill my free time. I also enjoy volunteering my time with legal organizations, such as the Community Law Project in San Diego, Legal Aid of Southern Nevada in Las Vegas, and Iowa Legal Aid in Des Moines.
