Her background spans industries including manufacturing, entertainment, healthcare, retail, and energy, providing a wealth of expertise to her role. Throughout her career, Dillas has conducted intricate investigations, demonstrating a keen ability to navigate complex situations with sensitivity and precision. She has represented organizations in various forums, including agency charges and employment-related mediations and hearings. Dillas pursued her academic interests in psychology at Tulane University before earning her Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law. She also holds certification as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), further complementing her legal background. Outside of work, Dillas enjoys spending quality time with her family.
