I am a third generation Oklahoma attorney, and a former law clerk for the Hon. Lee R. West, US District Court, Western District of Oklahoma, and for Judge Wm. Holloway, Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. I also served as a staff lawyer for the Oklahoma Supreme Court. I also am licensed to practice in Texas, and have a single client license in Colorado. I feel very blessed and grateful to have my own law firm. I have been voted the top cannabis business law firm in the state of Oklahoma by the Journal Record readers the past four years, named a 2019 cannabis trailblazer by the National Law Journal, one of ALM’s Women Leaders in the Law, and have been named one of the Top 200 Global Cannabis Attorneys the past four years. I received my AV Rating for peer review and judicial review, over 20 years ago.

I am a third generation Oklahoma attorney, with a transactional practice, including cannabis, business law, and compliance matters, and also handle real estate, wills, trusts, and estate planning, business entity formation, insurance coverage and defense matters, state and federal appeals (I am a former Clark for Judge Wm. Holloway, Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and staff lawyer for the Oklahoma Supreme Court), and other civil litigation matters. I also am licensed to practice in Texas, and have a single client license in Colorado. I feel very blessed and grateful to have my own law firm.

Personal Interests & Charitable Work
I have served on numerous boards, including the Oklahoma City Ballet Board, Travelers Aid, the Lynn Institute for Health Sciences, and have been active in my church through the years. I also am past president of the OKC chapter of Phi Beta Kappa and the OKC chapter of Pi Beta Phi sorority. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, golfing, reading, hiking, mahjong, pickleball, and the beach. I also enjoy traveling throughout the US and abroad, and have been known to enjoy a glass of fine wine!
