I've practiced in New Orleans for more than 20 years and founded Bloom Legal in 2004. My background includes extensive courtroom work in criminal defense and hundreds of personal injury, insurance, and civil litigation matters. For out-of-state attorneys, I serve as Louisiana local counsel across state and federal matters, including the current wave of immigration cases involving ICE detention and transfers to Louisiana facilities. I respond quickly and am glad to support lead counsel on appearances, filings, and on-the-ground needs. I also spent several years in legal tech with Levelset (acquired by Procore), where I built and managed a nationwide network of construction attorneys. An advocate for early childhood development programs, Seth addresses long-term solutions for crime prevention and was an early proponent of sensible sentencing reform for non-violent offenders in Baton Rouge. In 2017, he ran for New Orleans City Council, District B. Seth is also a devoted husband and father, balancing his professional commitments with his dedication to his family and community. In his free time, he enjoys playing pickleball, golf, and tennis, and is an avid fan of all Gator sports.
