Personal Introduction

I'm a business and intellectual property attorney, Legal Architect, and creator of Creative Sovereignty™, my legal and strategic framework for helping business owners recognize, protect, govern, and leverage the value they create. I work primarily with established and growing businesses that have reached the point where DIY legal, template contracts, and one-off solutions no longer support the complexity of what they've built. My practice includes intellectual property strategy, trademarks, copyrights, licensing, contracts, ownership strategy, AI governance, and strategic legal advisory. Before becoming an attorney, I spent a decade as a commercial artist working at the intersection of creativity and technology. That experience continues to shape how I practice law today. I understand what it means to create something from the inside, and I approach legal strategy by looking beyond the immediate transaction to the business, intellectual property, relationships, systems, and long-term value surrounding it. My work is grounded in the belief that valuable things often become vulnerable before people fully recognize their significance. Through Creative Sovereignty™, I help clients identify what they are building and create intentional legal infrastructure around it before growth, opportunity, or complexity exposes the gaps.
