I practice in the areas of commercial, business and antitrust litigation. I have extensive experience in resolving complex commercial disputes across a broad range of industries and practice areas. I litigate in both state and federal courts throughout Texas and the United States, representing a wide range of clients in contract, real estate, financing and shareholder disputes. I am admitted to practice law in Texas and Oklahoma. I am on of the first attorneys to try a case before the Texas Business Courts in Dallas.
