Personal Introduction
Prior to starting his own practice in 2016, Sid has worked for firms in both Miami and New York and while in law school he clerked for the Honorable Judge Israel Reyes in Miami, Florida. Prior to attending law school at St. Thomas University in Miami, Sid graduated from American University with a degree in International Business and Management. Sid practices business law matters in New York state and immigration law nationwide. His immigration practice includes aiding companies in obtaining employment based and investment based visas, helping hospitals hire physicians and individuals looking to invest funds into the U.S. economy. He handles all aspects of immigration from visas to green card applications. On the business side, Sid has concentrated his practice on advising companies on corporate formation and structuring, fundraising, acquisitions and acting as outside general counsel for various contractual and business matters.
