Personal Introduction

I practiced at Reed Smith LLP for 17 years. Since leaving Reed Smith LLP, I have been a solo practitioner. My practice primarily consists of general corporate and real estate work including business formations, general contracts, purchases and sales of businesses and real estate. I also have experience representing tech companies in license agreements and software as a service agreements. Because I also own a title insurance agency, I am interested in partnering with law firms who will refer title work to me. I will do the title and settlement but the law firm will do the closing. This is a great way for lawyers to provide a service to their clients without investing in starting up a title agency. This can work for residential purchases and refinancings. This is also a solution for small real estate investors.

Personal Interests & Charitable Work

I live in Mars, PA, which is approximately 30 miles north of Pittsburgh. I have three grown sons who are in college and working full time. My oldest son works on Capitol Hill in Washington DC. My middle son is an economics and finance major at Lehigh University. My youngest son is a physics and theology major at Catholic University in Washington DC. He also is on the Crew team at Catholic University. For the last 25 years, my personal interests have revolved around my family and I have served countless non-profit and sports booster groups (baseball, basketball football, rowing and Catholic schools). I also serve on the Board of my homeowners association which consists of 900 homes. Now that my husband and I are officially empty nesters, we enjoy getting together with our friends to explore the local breweries and new restaurants in the area.
