My reputation and history of successful litigation spans three decades, focusing on Subsequent Injury Trust Fund (SIBTF) and workers' compensation. As an Orange County Workers' Compensation lawyer, I have worked on cases that involve catastrophic injuries as well as smaller injuries, and every case I take is of equal importance. I am extremely knowledgeable about the laws pertaining to workers' compensation and my team works closely with my clients and we are fully committed to exceeding client expectations. We frequently reach settlements that are favorable to my clients before going to court. With over 35 years of legal experience and a Harvard Law Degree, I am a dedicated, tenacious and creative attorney.
