Personal Introduction
Attorney Steven Peck has been practicing law since 1981. A former successful business owner, Mr. Peck initially focused his legal career on business law. Within the first three years, after some colleagues and friend’s parents endured nursing home neglect and elder abuse, he continued his education to begin practicing elder law and nursing home abuse law. This dovetailed into wrongful death and medical malpractice, issues that Mr. Peck saw first hand. Outraged by such systemic neglect, he zealously pursued these cases to ensure that his clients had the best legal representation. Peck has traveled from Van Nuys to the San Fernando Valley, the greater Los Angeles area, Orange County, Riverside, San Bernadino, Oakland, Sacramento and throughout Southern and Northern California representing his clients. In total, the Peck Law Group has over 55 years of combined experience practicing personal injury law, including nursing home abuse and neglect cases, elder abuse, catastrophic injuries, and personal injury matters.
