She is also an active board member of the Craig S. Barnard Inn of Court. Her past leadership includes roles on the Florida Bar’s Grievance and Registered Paralegal Committees. Susan is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), Federal Bar Association, as well as the Palm Beach and South Palm Beach County Bar Associations. A native of Miami, Florida, Susan is a first generation American and proud daughter of Cuban political refugees. She is fluent in Spanish and brings both personal understanding and professional strength to her work. She’s volunteered with Boca Helping Hands and provides pro-bono legal support to the Pediatric Oncology Support Team. Outside of work, she enjoys boating, fishing, football, traveling and spending time with her family.
