Personal Introduction

Prior to becoming an attorney, I worked for 20+ years as a paralegal in Florida and Massachusetts, where I worked mostly with business immigration matters. I have significant experience with employment and family-based immigrant visa petitions, applications for U.S. lawful permanent residence, and all categories of nonimmigrant visa petitions. My extensive experience allows me to counsel effectively in areas including professional and executive employment strategies, labor certification matters, immigrant investor petitions, and immigration concerns for international scientists, researchers, athletes, and entertainers. My practice encompasses a wide range of industries, including information technology services, management consulting, financial services, insurance, energy, and healthcare.
