Personal Introduction

Tim Jr is a graduate of the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville Law School. He spent a visiting third year at the University of Texas in Austin before returning to Arkansas in 2011 to join his father. Tim is licensed in both Arkansas and California, and holds a license to practice in any federal district. Tim is a trial attorney with a history of success in several areas of the law, including primarily civil litigation. Starting in 2018, Tim has focused the vast majority of his practice in Northwest Arkansas and has developed a specialization in litigation concerning contractual disputes and in representing people who have been injured by the negligence of others. Tim has helped clients successfully resolves dozens of cases both in and out of the courtroom and relishes time spent fighting for his clients in a courtroom.

Personal Interests & Charitable Work

He was the founder and original chairman of the Jackson County Single Parent Scholarship Fund. He worked as part of the Charitable Foundation with Newport Public Schools to provide grants for programs and opportunities for young people. He was the high school tennis coach from 2012 to 2016, and the youth group leader at the Episcopal Church for the same period. He has been an active member of Rotary, and is a Paul Harris Fellow with two terms as president of his chapter. In 2014 Tim was awarded Volunteer Attorney of the Year in Arkansas, and has served as a Board Member on the Arkansas Legal Aid Board since 2017. He is active in the Arkansas Bar and the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, and serves as a committee member of the High School Mock Trial Committee.
