Whether as a tenacious litigator, a trusted advisor, or an independent workplace investigator, attorney Timothy M. Fisher draws on his deep experience as an employment lawyer to tailor effective and efficient legal services to each client’s needs. As a litigator, Tim has an established record of excellent outcomes in matters involving a broad range of employment issues, including wage and hour law, wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, reasonable accommodations, leaves of absence, breach of contract, and defamation. Clients also frequently call upon Tim to apply his litigation acumen to business disputes outside of employment law. ​As an advisor, Tim assists clients on an equally broad range of issues, including wage and hour audits, employment policies and employee handbooks, leaves of absence, reasonable accommodations of disabilities and religious beliefs, employee discipline, and terminations. Tim has advised a wide array of clients, from startups to publicly traded companies. As an independent workplace investigator, Tim understands the importance of prompt and thorough investigations conducted with integrity. Tim leverages his employment law experience and insight into real-world workplace dynamics to investigate all manner of workplace issues, such as allegations of discrimination and harassment, suspected theft of company property, and whistle-blower claims.
