Toby Gammill

Toby is direct, concise and to the point. He will always explain your case or answer questions. You will not wonder what the potential outcome may be. He has incorporated leadership and organizational skills learned in the U.S. Army into a very successful law practice. After six military leadership schools spanning a fifteen year career, Toby effectively manages himself and his lawyers to efficiently handle your case. With a practice that spans automobile accidents, bad faith denials of insurance claims, construction defect claims, premises liability and several other torts, Toby and his team are well rounded and diverse in their practices. After graduating from Mississippi College School of Law, Mr. Gammill began his practice in White Plains, New York with an insurance defense law firm. Shortly after deploying and commanding his National Guard unit in response to the World Trade Center Attack on September 11th, 2001, Mr. Gammill returned to Mississippi. He is licensed to practice in Mississippi, Tennessee, Texas, Connecticut and New York.
