Throughout the years, Tony has accumulated years of experience in jury and non-jury trials, including criminal cases, mold litigation, real estate disputes, constructions defects, business litigation, partnership disputes, and personal injury. In addition to his litigation and trial experience, Tony also has years of experience in drafting corporate formation documents, including real estate purchase sale agreements, oversee escrow transactions, business buy sell agreements. Tony’s extensive litigation background, coupled with his extensive transactional skills, makes him a resource to his client. Appeals In addition to his extensive litigation experience, Tony has represented clients in a number of appeals in both the California Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Tony has three published opinions from the California Court of Appeals for the Second District: Tliche v. Van Quathem (1998) 66 Cal.App.4th 1054 Elyaoudayan v. Hoffman (2003) 104 Cal.App.4th 1421 Khalatian v. Prime Time Shuttle, Inc. (2015) 237 Cal.App.4th 651 Education Tony received his B.A. in Economics from California State University Los Angeles and his Juris Doctor from Western State University, College of Law in May 1994. He was sworn in and admitted to the California Supreme Court in December 1994. Tony is also admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Languages Tony speaks Armenian, French, and Farsi. Membership and Personal Interests Tony is an active member of the Armenian Bar Association.
