Personal Introduction

I am the founder and managing partner of MainStreet.law -- our mission is to be the best law firm in America for innovative tech and media companies. We handle corporate and transactional work -- including fundraising, contracts, terms of service, etc. -- as well as all forms of intellectual property and litigation matters. Our tech work spans a wide range of companies, from software to climate tech to life sciences -- and from garage to unicorn to public companies. Our media work also spans the whole industry, from talent to talent management to production to distribution and licensing to platforms, with especially strong expertise in the digital creator economy (as a former platform CEO, and now as a creator myself). I'm also a legal and political commentator on MSNBC, CNN, and NPR, and have been featured in the Washington Post, the Wall Street Journal, Vanity Fair, the New Yorker, and many other outlets.
