I maintain a boutique law practice focused on three primary areas: Disability and Civil Rights Law – Representing clients in matters involving equal access, public accommodations, and discrimination under state and federal law, including the ADA and Unruh Civil Rights Act. Special Education and Advocacy – Assisting families in navigating IEPs, Regional Center services, and related support systems for individuals with developmental disabilities. Personal Injury – Advocating for plaintiffs in motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, product liability, medical malpractice, and nursing home abuse/neglect.
