Personal Introduction
Vivian N Szawarc, also an immigrant, I was born in Argentina and emigrated to the United States of America at the age of 19. I worked for the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office, and I have represented Thousands of clients. Graduated from UWLA Law School and became an attorney in 1993. Throughout my career, my focus has been on fighting for immigrant rights. I am a member in good standing of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. (LACBA), California Bar Association and MABA. I am also a lawyer for the Mexican Consulate in Los Angeles. I am licensed to practice immigration law in all states and territories of the United States, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Part of my volunteer work involves working with non-profit organizations that work with battered women. Which I have helped numerous clients obtain legal status.
