If you have been wronged by another and are thinking about calling a lawyer, call the wrongdoer instead and try to work things out. If there is an insurance company involved, call the insurance company. If you are having problems at work, call the Human Resource Department. Lawyers, such as myself, should be contacted only as a last option. There are situations where you try to do the right thing and not call a lawyer, yet people take your kindness for weakness and do not treat you fairly.
