Personal Introduction

I am a civil and commercial litigator with concentrations in real estate disputes, real estate title litigation and personal injury matters. On the real estate side, I have represented owners, lenders, title insurance companies and title agencies in a wide array of matters, including breach of contract and specific performance actions, real estate title disputes, title insurance coverage litigation, real estate partnership disputes, boundary line disputes, mortgage priority disputes and forgery and counterfeit instrument cases. Whether it is a suit between partners to a joint venture, a dispute between competing mortgagees, a forged deed or the specific performance of a real estate contract, I have achieved a substantial record of success over the course of my 27 year career. On the personal injury side, I have handled many different types of matters including wrongful death cases, motor vehicle accidents, slips and falls, construction accidents, dram shop cases, dog bites and premises liability cases. My partner Mike Simio and I have achieved great results for our clients, many of whom have remained friends with us as our relationships with our clients have been built on empathy and trust. We have great compassion for our clients and their unfortunate circumstances, and we work tirelessly to provide them with the answers and justice that they deserve.
