Personal Introduction

Prior to founding KADOSH, Mr. Kadosh was the owner, operator, and general counsel of three food and beverage concepts in Miami's burgeoning Wynwood neighborhood. Mr. Kadosh began his legal career in the corporate legal department of a large aviation company, where he focused on domestic and cross-border aviation finance transactions. Before (and during) law school, Mr. Kadosh worked for privately owned real estate investment and development companies in both acquisition and legal roles. Mr. Kadosh holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law (summa cum laude and order of the coif), an MBA from the University of Miami Herbert Business School, and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, College Park.
