Personal Introduction

Born and raised in Long Beach, California, Mr. Kim relocated to Apopka, Florida three decades ago, establishing it as his home. During this time, he played a pivotal role in launching and managing his family’s furniture company. This entrepreneurial experience, where he meticulously tended to every aspect of the business, equipped him with valuable skills that have proven essential in his legal career. Young B. Kim boasts a diverse educational background that has enriched his perspective. He holds a degree in political science from the University of Central Florida and pursued a master’s degree in political science at Albert-Ludwigs-Universitaet in Freiburg, Germany. Following this, he earned his Juris Doctor from Florida A&M University College of Law. In addition to his legal pursuits, he immersed himself in the Master’s of Fine Arts Film Program at the renowned City College of New York, which counts Woody Allen among its alumni. This multifaceted education has played a pivotal role in shaping him into the multi-faceted individual he is today.
