Personal Introduction

Hi, I am Zach Simpson. I am a highly accomplished attorney and business development leader, with more than 10 years of demonstrated professional experience in the corporate and healthcare space. I have a proven track record as an effective asset to all of my clients where I have served as both an in-house and outside counsel role in addition to serving as an Executive Director of Operations where I focus on providing guidance on operational issues in addition to providing guidance to evolving complex corporate, healthcare issues. For the past decade I have found a niche in working with corporate & healthcare clients that include but are not limited to: chiropractic offices, diagnostic imaging centers, orthopedic surgeons, neurosurgeons, pain management clinics, stem-cell clinics, pharmacies, compound pharmacies, physical therapy practices, primary care practices, integrated medical practices, regenerative medical practices, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, substance abuse treatment centers, software platforms, and insurance companies. While working for each of these clients I have served as the sole attorney handling all of the clients internal legal needs that range from employment and vendor contracts to managing all mergers and acquisitions while also representing them in all regulatory issues in addition to managing all outside litigation.
