The Network

A world class community for exceptional independent attorneys

Group of attorneys meeting

Overture is a curated network of the best independent attorneys in America

What makes a great attorney isn’t in the name of the law school or big firm. The best attorneys are the ones that are loved by their clients, and make a significant impact on their lives and businesses.

We’re building a community of attorneys who look to the future, and not the past. Who embrace technology and dedicate themselves to the success of their clients. That shared mission is what binds us together.

FAQ

How much does it cost to be a member?

Nothing. There’s no fee to be an Overture member. We’re looking for the best independent attorneys in the country, not those who can pay us the most.

By building a community of like-minded, quality attorneys from all over the country, Overture is an invaluable resource for every member to turn to when needed.

Are memberships with attorneys or firms?

Membership is based on the attorney, not the law firm. We want to ensure that every member believes in the community and the members in it, rather than being a part of the community just based on association.

What are the referral fee percentages?

To simplify the process, every referral through the platform has the same referral fee percentages.

15% for the Referring Attorney
20% for Overture Law PC
65% for the Handling Attorney

This way, the focus is on finding the right attorney to assist your client, rather than spending time negotiating referral fees.

Is there a limit on firm size?

While there isn’t a formal limit on the size of the firm that members can be a part of, we’ve built Overture for solo and small firms under 10 attorneys.

Larger firms already have the resources and the network to refer clients. Also, it doesn’t behoove anyone to have larger firms try to absorb every referral on the platform.

How long does it take to apply for membership?

The membership process should take less than a day or two between the time necessary to schedule an interview and an onboarding.

By joining Overture, do I work for Overture instead of my own firm?

No. We made a very conscious decision to provide the resources solo and small firm attorneys need to compete with bigger firms, without taking away their independence.
