I am the founder and senior partner of Bell IP Law, a San Francisco-based firm that provides high-quality and strategic IP services to a diverse range of clients, including universities, public and private companies, non-US law firms, independent inventors, and international clients. With over 20 years of experience in domestic and international IP law, I have expertise in all aspects of IP prosecution, strategy, and management, especially in complex technology and portfolio management. I hold a D.Phil. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Oxford, a JD from the Hastings College of the Law, and a US Patent Bar certification from the USPTO. My mission is to empower and support inventors, entrepreneurs, and organizations with my expertise and passion for IP law.
