Personal Introduction

As the founder of Tailored IP Solutions, I bring a wealth of experience, education, and passion to the practice of intellectual property law. Holding a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, I have spent years honing my skills in IP law through private practice, advocacy, and academic endeavors. But as the law continues to develop, I make sure to stay up to date on all new changes both individually and through my involvement in various legal organizations—and especially through my leadership roles with a number of committees of the American Bar Association. ​My expertise spans a wide range of industries and technologies, and while I am well-versed in all aspects of intellectual property, I have chosen to limit the focus of Tailored IP to providing trademark and copyright services to ensure that I can fully attend to the needs to my clients before expanding the firm’s services into additional practice areas. My particular fascination with trademark law is twofold: first, it is driven by an academic curiosity that invigorates my interest in the subject matter. Second, it offers me the unique opportunity to engage intimately with businesses of varying sizes, developmental stages, and across diverse industries. Each of these businesses carries a unique history and a distinct focus, which not only enriches my professional experience but also provides a continuous learning journey about different business models and industry landscapes.
