Alexander Berry-Santoro

Alexander "Al" J. Berry-Santoro is a managing attorney at the firm. He has operated in the areas of insolvency and debtor and creditor rights, general business law, and real estate law since 2017. Mr. Berry-Santoro has also served on the Board of Directors for the Consumer Bankruptcy Association of Detroit since 2022, and in 2023 the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys appointed him to the editorial board for their nationally published law journal. Al is currently serving a one year appointment to the editorial committee of the State Bar Journal for Michigan. Additionally, Mr. Berry-Santoro is a member of a legislative committee which aided in drafting legislative amendments to the Michigan Bankruptcy Exemptions, and he has given testimony as a subject matter specialist in that capacity. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the American Bankruptcy Institute and is admitted to practice in Michigan and before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of Michigan and the Northern District of Ohio.
