Personal Introduction
After graduating Columbia University and The University of Pennsylvania Law School, I spent 25 years as a litigator representing Fortune 100 companies, first at Kaye Scholer, LLP and then as a partner at Greenberg Traurig, LLP. Amongst the many awards I have received over the years, I have been named one of the “Leading Litigators in America” by Lawdragon 500 and a “Local/National Litigation Star” by Benchmark Litigation. After undergoing one of the worst divorces in the history of Westchester County, NY, I decided to found Kassenoff Law, PC so that I could help others dealing with the challenges of a contentious and hostile spouse in a divorce or custody proceeding in addition to my general litigation docket of cases.
