Amanda Cunha

Personal Introduction

Amanda is an associate with the firm and based out of the New York office. Her practice involves a wide range of litigation matters, with an emphasis on EB-5 and business litigation in state and federal courts across the country. Amanda has significant experience in all aspects of pre-trial litigation, including written discovery, taking and defending depositions, working with expert witnesses, and pre-trial motion practice. Amanda utilizes her background in defense litigation to anticipate potential challenges from opposing counsel and determine the best method to approach and resolve them. Prior to joining the firm, Amanda served as a law clerk to the Honorable Hany A. Mawla, J.A.D., Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. She later worked as an associate at regional and international law firms, representing restaurants, retailers, and product manufacturers in premises and product liability and commercial litigation matters across the country.
