Personal Introduction
Andrew and the attorneys at Hall & Lampros, LLP fight for those who oftentimes can't fight for themselves. In 2022, Andrew obtained a settlement with the State of Georgia for excessive force for the shooting death of an unarmed black man by a Georgia State Patrol trooper. That settlement is the largest the State has paid for excessive force by a law enforcement officer. If cases don't settle, Andrew is willing to take the case to trial. Andrew is admitted to all courts in Georgia and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts.
