Andrew Sitzer

Personal Introduction

Andrew D. Sitzer has extensive experience aggressively fighting for the little guy in a wide variety of practice areas. Attorney Sitzer received his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Binghamton and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Southern California School of Law. Mr. Sitzer started his legal career as an associate at a firm before realizing that the big firm lifestyle conflicted with his strong desire to help people. Soon thereafter in 2006, Mr. Sitzer started his own private practice specializing in both criminal defense and civil litigation. He’s been making a difference in people’s lives ever since. Recognizing the importance of giving back to the community, Mr. Sitzer donates hundreds of hours each year to non-profit causes. Additionally, Mr. Sitzer offers free legal advice by phone and hosts free pro-bono clinics for indigent individuals at Western Service Workers Association in Santa Ana. Mr. Sitzer is especially proud to support OC Small Paws, a no-kill, rescue for cats and kittens.
