Personal Introduction
Aron D. Hutchins grew up in Stephenville, Texas before becoming a second generation Aggie by attending Texas A&M University for his undergraduate studies. While in law school, Aron attended the Academy of the Advocate, Advanced School of Trial in St. Andrews, Scotland, and during his final year of law school, Aron won the National Civil Rights Trial Competition hosted in New York. As a result, Aron was awarded with the Order of Barristers, which is given to each law school’s top advocates. Even more, Aron clerked with a boutique firm that specialized in eminent domain law. Following law school, Aron moved back to the Brazos Valley and started practicing law at Banks & Banks Attorneys at Law, P.C., where he practicing various types of law before leaving to start his own firm in 2018, and eventually partnering with Padon Holt to form Holt & Hutchins in July 2020. Aron has extensive litigation experience in both criminal and civil cases. Aron has represented defendants in felony, misdemeanor, and juvenile cases, as well as divorces, child custody cases, and termination of parental rights cases. Aron's civil practice also includes personal injury, real estate, estate planning and various other commercial disputes where he has represented both plaintiffs and defendants.

Personal Interests & Charitable Work
Outside of the office, Aron is proudly married to his beautiful wife Hallie (Aggie class of 2013), and the two are expecting their first child in August 2020. Aron and Hallie practice their faith at Bryan First Baptist Church. Aron enjoys deer hunting, bird hunting, fishing, and working with his yellow lab, Myla.
