Personal Introduction

Avani has worked in the legal industry for more than 15 years. She began her legal career working in a renowned national law firm for more than 13 years. She started as a legal assistant and eventually led the firm as their Chief Operations Officer. Having managed the firm’s operations for more than 8 years, Avani understands firsthand what it takes to run and grow a business. During her tenure, the firm grew to over 175 team members and helped thousands of clients nationwide in mass torts, personal injury, business law, intellectual property, bankruptcy, estate planning, and class action matters. Avani is especially passionate about protecting the rights of injured people and helping entreprepreneurs build their American Dream. Her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for helping people through the law coupled with her resilience and keen problem-solving skills led to the creation of Javia Law. She is committed to making this process as stress free as possible for her clients by providing client-centered, practical, and transparent legal services. Avani is admitted to the State Bar of Texas. Also, she is currently a member of the Business Law Section and Women And The Law Section of the State Bar of Texas as well as the Texas Young Lawyers Association.
