I am licensed in Florida and Texas, currently directing the Tampa office of a Miami-based business boutique. My experience includes representing clients in real estate, finance, construction, bankruptcy, and business litigation matters. I've worked with entities across different industries, including banking, private equity groups, real estate developers, commercial landlords, manufacturers, contractors, and others. In addition to my litigation practice, I use my expertise in real estate, lending, and construction to counsel clients on drafting and negotiating various documents. Outside of work, I love spending time with my wife and our three children. When I'm not working, I enjoy watching Ole Miss sports, going fishing, camping, biking, and exploring the beautiful landscapes of Florida and the U.S. Apart from that, I am also involved in several non-profit organizations, and I find great joy in volunteering my time to help others.
