Personal Introduction
Justin Gendler is a practicing attorney and an Adjunct Professor of Business Law and Ethics at the Florida Atlantic University College of Business. Justin is a graduate of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Cardozo International and Comparative Law Review and President of the Trial Advocacy Team. After graduation, Justin worked as a public defender in Miami, where he gained extensive experience in the courtroom, led several jury trials, and took many depositions. Thereafter, Justin spent time as a business litigation associate at a large law firm, working on multi-million dollar contract disputes of all kinds. Justin published an article that was recently cited in a decision by the Supreme Court of Indiana. Before law school, he also worked for two state representatives over multiple legislative sessions to craft policy relating to criminal justice, property rights, and environmental law.
