Personal Introduction

I have more than 20 years experience as a lawyer, mostly in Business & Commercial Law, my practice ranges from working as a consultant for such big groups as Booz Allen Hamilton to defending Intellectual Property of such companies as Procter & Gamble. Most of my experience was in a foreign country, where I worked with international organizations such as EBRD (European Bank for Reconstruction and Development), EU (European Union), World Bank, IFC(International Finance Corporation) and etc. In 2016, I was granted a green card as a professional with outstanding abilities in Law (quite a rare field to get this type of the green card), in 2019, I passed California Bar exam, and now operate Accura Law Firm, practicing Law in California. I was awarded by Procter & Gamble for the best anti-counterfeiting compaign and I am also a holder of numerous certificates of recognition as well as an author of many articles in Law, published in many journals across the world. Since 2020 I practice Immigration Law in addition to Business and Intellectual Property Law in the State of California. I also do Civil & Business Litigation.
