I regularly represent SaaS, AI, analytics, software, digital health, and other tech startups/businesses, professional services businesses, media and entertainment businesses, and other types of businesses in structuring master services agreements (MSAs), SAAS agreements, OEM agreements, consultant agreements, licensing agreements, terms of services/terms and conditions, subscription agreements, reseller/referral agreements, joint venture/partnership agreements, beta agreements, data processing agreements (under GDPR and CCPA), subcontractor agreements, marketing agreements, influencer agreements, statement of works (SOWs), NDAs and confidentiality agreements, vendor agreements, SOC audit agreements, HIPAA business associate agreements, privacy policies, digital currency agreements, operating agreements, shareholder agreements, federal government contracts and subcontracts, commercial leases, and separation agreements, among many other agreements. I also counsel clients with all matters relating to their business structure, operations, revenue generation, and M&A activity. I'm also Past President of the Santa Monica Bar Association, Career Chair for the UCLA Alumni Westside Bruins Network, Board member and Co-Event Chair of UCLA Law Women LEAD, and a prolific speaker on issues in business and tech law and emerging tech.
