I also counsel clients with all matters relating to their business structure, operations, revenue generation, and M&A activity. I'm also Past President of the Santa Monica Bar Association, Career Chair for the UCLA Alumni Westside Bruins Network, Board member and Co-Event Chair of UCLA Law Women LEAD, and a prolific speaker on issues in business and tech law and emerging tech.
