I love to spend time with my wife and kids, work out, cook, hike and travel. I work with a horse rescue that focuses on equine therapy for military and first responders with PTSD. I also support other charitable foundations that support law enforcement specifically with mental health training and support. I am an international speaker on PTSD and suicide prevention.
