Personal Introduction
I approach disputes as both a litigator and a strategic advisor. I help clients assess their options, understand the legal and business risks, and make informed decisions about when to negotiate, pursue a business resolution, or litigate. When litigation is necessary, I bring the analytical skills, experience, and strategic judgment to advocate forcefully for my clients in complex, high-stakes disputes. My goal is not simply to win a legal argument, but to help clients protect their interests and achieve the best possible outcome for their businesses.

My practice focuses on high-stakes commercial litigation, including complex breach of contract claims, real estate disputes, business divorces, shareholder and partnership disputes, and fiduciary duty litigation. I represent businesses, business owners, investors, and other stakeholders in disputes involving substantial financial interests, business ownership, and contractual rights.

Personal Interests & Charitable Work
Outside of my practice, I enjoy spending time with my wife and children and serving my community. I volunteer with a Christian mentoring ministry that connects young men without father figures with mentors who provide guidance, encouragement, and a positive, consistent presence in their lives. I also serve with Dallas CASA, advocating for children in the child welfare system and helping ensure their needs and interests are represented. In my free time, I am an avid fan of Ole Miss athletics and the New Orleans Saints.
