Personal Introduction

Mr. Sartin was born in New Orleans and grew up in Metairie, Louisiana where he went to Metairie Park Country Day School. He moved to Baton Rouge to attend Louisiana State University where he graduated with a Bachelor’s in Political Science. Mr. Sartin also completed the Louisiana State University School of Continuing Education’s Paralegal Studies Program and achieved a perfect 4.0 GPA and received the program’s Honor Student award. He then returned to Metairie and attended Loyola University’s College of Law in New Orleans. While in law school, Mr. Sartin was a member of the Journal of Public Interest, earned the highest grade awards in Civil Procedure I and Trial Practice, and graduated with public service honors in 2011. Since October 2011, Mr. Sartin has been licensed to practice before all state and federal courts in Louisiana, including the Federal Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. His practice is focused on plaintiff’s personal injury litigation including automobile crashes, slip and fall accidents and other premises liability, and unpaid wage claims under Louisiana state law. Mr. Sartin also has experience handling bad faith insurance claims, including disability, property, and uninsured motorist coverage. He has been a member of the Louisiana Association of Justice since entering practice.
