Personal Introduction

For over 10 years, I have demonstrated a unique ability to serve my clients by providing incredible results through dedication and compassion. I am the strongest of advocates for my injured clients and I am truly passionate about helping my clients in their time of need. Personal injury law is the perfect area to put into practice my deep convictions about being a voice for the voiceless and navigating my clients through troubling and difficult times. I am a third-generation attorney, and I dedicate my practice exclusively to representing victims that have experienced catastrophic injuries including permanent brain damage and other physical bodily injuries that resulted from trucking and auto accidents, medical negligence, and premises liability. I am a former partner at a well-known mid-sized law firm in the State of Texas. At my former firm, I managed asset recovery portfolios ranging from $1 million dollars to $5 million dollars per year. I also managed a high volume of court cases in dockets that were litigated in Tarrant County, Dallas County, and Kaufman County. I have experience in personal injury cases ranging from serious auto and trucking accidents, medical negligence cases, aviation accident cases, to catastrophic premises accidents that led to traumatic brain injuries. I have helped recover large personal injury settlements for personal injury clients ranging from $100,000 to over $20,000,000. In my spare time, I love to attend church, read, exercise, play golf, attend sporting events, and spend time with my wife Sharon and our children.

Practice Summary

Catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases require more than routine claims processing. They demand disciplined preparation, thorough investigation, and a willingness to pursue accountability when negligence causes permanent harm. I represent families across Grapevine and surrounding North Texas communities in complex cases involving trucking companies, commercial carriers, and corporate defendants. Every matter receives direct attorney involvement from beginning to end.
