Ben is an experienced civil litigator representing contractors and businesses in breach of contract disputes and he has experience in real estate litigation as well as estate and trust disputes. He also represents commercial landlords in all stages of acquisitions and leasing as well as companies needing internal corporate counsel for acquisition and expansion advice. Ben is a passionate advocate for his clients as he seeks to achieve the best possible outcome. Ben served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Craig D. Johnston of the Prince William County Circuit Court until his retirement. He then became the Law Clerk for the newly appointed Honorable James A. Willett. Ben is a graduate of William & Mary Law School where he served as the President of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Team, was part of the inaugural class of the William & Mary Law School Leadership Institute, worked as a Graduate Research Fellow, and served on the William & Mary Environmental Law and Policy Review. During law school Ben gained experience in civil and administrative law by working for the James City County Attorney’s Office, the Virginia State Corporation Commission, and Dominion Resources Services.
