Bret Davis is the majority shareholder of Lamun Mock Cunnyngham & Davis, P.C. The firm has been providing default representation in Oklahoma since 1927. Bret has been a member of the Oklahoma Bar since 1993, having graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. He is admitted to the Federal Court for the Western, Northern and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma, the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. and the United States Supreme Court., Bret has concentrated his practice in the areas of Foreclosure, Eviction, Banking, Business, Bankruptcy, all areas of lender representation and lender litigation, civil litigation, and creditor rights.
