Brian Wright, Esq.
Personal Injury (Litigation)
Dalton, Georgia
Personal Introduction
After law school, Brian gained valuable insight into the trial courts as a law clerk. Though his interest in the law and the way the courts protect the rights of people carried him through law school, it was seeing it all in action that drove home his desire to pursue civil litigation. Brian then worked for a larger defense firm where he represented businesses, insurers, and health care providers in a wide variety of litigation and risk management matters. In 2012, Brian joined The Cowan Law Firm. When working on a case, he keeps in mind that for his client, this is likely the most important issue in their life during that time. They come to him to resolve a problem so they can move on with their lives. Solving problems and finding solutions that everyone is happy with takes creativity. Brian isn’t afraid to think outside of the box to find creative solutions to help meet the needs of everyone involved. His reputation as a good and honest attorney is important to him and his ability to represent his clients best.
