Personal Introduction
I practiced as a commercial real estate appraiser from 1986-1996 and obtained the MAI (Member of the Appraisal Institute) designation along with State Certification. I continue to maintain those credentials to this day. I graduated from Stetson in December 1998 and became a member of The Florida Bar on April 22, 1999. We practice throughout the state and represent multinational corporations to single family homeowners. Our fees are paid by the condemning authorities as a percentage of the additional compensation we obtain for the owners. Our fees are paid over and above the compensation paid for the land and improvements taken and damages to the remainder, if any.

I am a multi-sport athelete engaging in a wide variety of activities from triathlons to golf tournaments. I was actively involved in Rotary International for years chartering multiple clubs and serving as club president. I have held various leadership roles in my home parish for over 25 years and continue to serve on our church's international missions board.
