Personal Introduction

Justin takes a practical and common-sense approach to everything from drafting and negotiating contracts, to executing multi-million dollar business transactions. Justin believes providing outstanding services to his clients is only the starting point; his ultimate aim is to make complicated legal matters easy to understand and navigate for his clients. Unlike many transactional lawyers, he sees his role as being a true legal counselor—actively listening to clients’ concerns, providing wise counsel for difficult situations, and communicating promptly and effectively with all parties. Motivating Justin’s approach is the simple, yet profound principle known as the Golden Rule: “Do unto others as you would have them do to you”. Justin received his Bachelor’s of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Stetson University where he studied Business Law and Management, and earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Barry University’s Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, where he graduated Cum Laude. Justin also served as a volunteer Florida Supreme Court Mediator during and after law school.
